TESAG survey

From the Parish Clerk

Each Elector has a vote it is not ‘one’ per household in Village Road Safety Survey

Following a number of enquiries I just want to clarify that the survey currently out with you, the residents, is for everyone on the Electoral Roll i.e. not just one vote per household. Unfortunately the Parish Council simply does not have the resources to allocate the correct number of forms to each address unlike the process for actual elections which it does not have to manage of course.

Properly completed, signed photocopies of an original form are acceptable and if you add a second name living at the same address to your original form but clearly show two signatures with two names in capital letters for identification then please be assured both votes will be counted.

If you have already submitted your response as a household and would like to add an additional name or names please let me know and I can get a blank form to you, or alternatively you can download one from the parish council website www.etchinghamparishcouncil.org.uk/tesag

Or you can use this link to go directly to the form and download it to print it  https://etchinghamparishcouncil.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/Ssurvey-of-Residents-1-20220901.pdf

When the count takes place it will be under the scrutiny of an independent auditor to ensure that everything is absolutely above board, transparent and honest.
