May Parish Council meeting

The May meeting of the Parish Council will be this Friday, 20th May, at 7.30pm in the Ahrens (big) Hall. This will be the Annual General (Statutory) Meeting of the Council and will be immediately followed by the Annual Parish Meeting (APM) when the Annual Report will be reviewed and adopted.  Unfortunately our chosen speaker for this year’s APM is now unable to attend and does not have a ‘deputy’ to cover for him. We hope for better luck next year.

The agenda for the Annual General Meeting,  the draft minutes of the April meeting of the Parish Council and the agenda for the APM are on the Parish Council website, other files relating to the meeting can be found in the ‘Documents’ section of the website. The Annual Report will be uploaded to the website after the meetings.
