ETCHINGHAM PLAYGROUNDS

Following a safety inspection some of the playground equipment in Queen’s Garden and the Viper site had to be taken out of use. Repair and/or replacement of these items is very expensive, the Parish Council has funded the replacement of both the swing units in Queen’s Garden, at a considerable cost, but funds are very limited and the Council does not currently have sufficient funds available to fund the replacement of more items.

Queen’s Garden and the Viper site are managed by a charity, The Etchingham Recreation Ground Trust (ERGT), charity number 1093289, the Parish Council is the trustee body for ERGT.
Etchingham Playgrounds has been set up to raise funds, on behalf of ERGT, towards the repair and replacement of playground equipment.
An online funding appeal has been set up using everyclick.com which is an online funding site available only to charities.
